  • What is Kitchen Cuisines?

    Kitchen Cuisines look to promote healthy and authentic home cooked dishes. Restaurants, we believe, have taken away the true values of cooking the traditional way. When you order a Curry from a take-away or a restaurant, typically you are getting pre cooked produce. The sauce and meat are mixed together after they have been cooked separately. This defeats the object of the meat being infused with the deep flavour of the sauce.

    When we prepare the meat, we try to ensure that all fat, bones and blood are removed. We also thoroughly wash any meat and vegetables before they go into a curry. All of our curries are cooked in our new modern home kitchen. We are both very keen on maintaining the highest levels of hygiene in our home kitchen. You can be assured that you will be receiving a product that has been prepared, cooked and delivered to a standard that you would see in a high class establishment.

  • How far in advance should I make booking for catering? We highly recommend that you secure your preferred date with us as quickly as possible and then finalise the details soon after. Depending on the size of your event, 2 weeks notice should provide us with ample time to coordinate your event; however, if less notice is given, we should still be able to accommodate your event, pending our availability. If your event is to be held during a time that is typically popular; eg, New Years Eve or a long weekend – you may be required to book well in advance to ensure availability.
  • Can you cater at the last-minute? It's a fast paced world and we're here to help you keep up! We understand that you may not always be given ample notice of imminent events that require catering. Where possible, we will be more than happy to oblige last minute orders. We can create extraordinary events, even at the eleventh hour! Simply give us a call to discuss your requirements and we'll do our very best to accommodate your order. Please be aware that some special menu items require at least 24-48 hours notice.

  • What is the minimum number of people you cater for? We catter for at least 5 or more people in one order.
  • Do you deliver food? what are your delivery charges? Yes, we only provide delivery services if order amount is more than $100. Following conditions apply on our delivery charges:
    • If delivery address is within 10 kms radious, we will deliver free of charge, otherwise $10 delivery fee will apply.
    • If delivery address is more than 10 kms radious but within Sydney area, $20 delivery fee will apply.
  • How do I place my catering Order? We have 2 easy ways you can place your catering order:
    • Send us your order by email to and we will respond with a booking confirmation within a couple of hours.
    • Call us on 0432 385 486 to place your order over the phone.
  • How can I change my order? To amend your order please reply to the booking confirmation email or phone us on 0432 385 486. Orders that are changed at the last minute will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however we strongly recommend that you request these changes at least 48 hours prior the delivery date where possible to help us best accommodate your needs.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my event and how much notice do I need to give? Usually we can postpone the event for you based on the availability, making sure you retain the credit.
    In the event that a confirmed booking is cancelled, the following cancellation charges may apply:
    • Notice of 15 days or more: Full deposit refunded or in the case deposit not received no charges will apply;
    • Notice of 7 to 14 days: 50% deposit retained;
    • Notice of 7 days or less: Full deposit retained;
    These cancellation charges compensate for loss of assumed as well other potential income on specified date, and also other costs incurred such as food, labour and administration. Where possible we try our best to minimise these costs for you.
  • How do I pay for my catering? We charge 50% advance of the total order amount and 50% on the day of delivery. we only accept cash or direct deposit. Simply ask us about these methods of payment when you place your order.
  • What payment methods do you accept? We only accept cash and direct deposit.
  • Do you use Halal meat in your cooking? Yes, we use 100% Halal meat in our cooking.
  • Do you provide disposable napkins, plates, cups and cutlery with catering orders? We provide disposable items for an additional fee at the time of ordering.
